RICS Level 2 Home Surveys

The RICS Level 2 Home Survey is our most popular type of survey and is suited to most traditionally constructed houses, apartments and bungalows.
Our Homebuyer Reports provide you with clear and thorough information on the internal and external condition of a property. We use an easy to follow traffic light system which provides each element of the property with either a Green, Amber or Red rating depending on the urgency of the repairs required. This system is designed to be easily understood, empowering you to make informed decisions about your property investment.

RICS Level 3 Home Surveys

A RICS Building Survey (Level 3) is designed to offer a more in-depth analysis of the property’s condition. These surveys focus on structural integrity and do not include market analysis, such as valuations and reinstatement costs.
Like the Homebuyers Report (Level 2), this survey will inspect each area and element and give an opinion on its condition. Where this report differs is that it will also describe the structure of the building, diagnose any defects, and provide detailed advice on repairs and maintenance.
The Building Survey (Level 3) is also built on an easy-to-read traffic light system but is much more in-depth and informative than the Homebuyers Report.
